Here are 11 of the handsome hounds up for adoption at Dogs Trust Leeds this month.
The loveable pooches, who are being looked after at the rehoming centre in York Road, range from youngsters to older dogs looking for retirement homes.
This month, our round-up includes Rosco, an adorable four-year-old Beagle who was found as a stray.
Karma is a two-year-old Italian Corso who has had an unsettled time recently, but has bounced back perfectly. She is a little sensitive around new people so would need a calm, adult-only home. Photo: Dogs Trust
Lenny is a two-year-old Great Dane and has been described as a gentle giant. He has been waiting to find the right match for a while now. Lenny can be shy, so loves walks in quiet areas. He is a playful pooch looking to form a strong bond with his new family. Photo: Dogs Trust
Luna is gorgeous one-year-old Staffy cross, who can be nervous around new people but comes round quickly. She is friendly and is doing well with her training. Luna would suit an active home. Photo: Dogs Trust
Max is a smart two-year-old Australian Kelpie who loves his training. He would need to be the only pet in an adult-only home as he needs a predictable routine. His home would need to be within a 30-minute drive of the rehoming centre, as he is still working on car training and noise upsets him. Photo: Dogs Trust
Handsome Mylo is a one-year-old Hound who would be happy to live with another dog, as long as they appreciate the rough and tumble that this playful pup adores. He would be fine with confident, older kids and is looking for a family as fun as he is. Photo: Dogs Trust
