But who had a good day, who had a bad day and what was the turning point as Marcelo Bielsa's ten-men Whites eclipsed Pep Guardiola's City superstars in their own back yard?
Good day - Stuart Dallas
Took his goals brilliantly. The winner was just reward for the effort he put in to stop City. Whenever there was an opportunity to burst forward, he took it and how he was able to get upfield in the 91st minute with such speed was remarkable.
Bad day - Patrick Bamford

Number of the day - 2
Leeds United had two shots in total. Two. They scored from them both. It was as clinical as you could ever hope to be from the Whites and reminiscent of some of their Championship losses where they dominated and created chances galore but got sucker punched.
Turning point - Raphinha's late miss
When the Brazilian went clean through to face Ederson it should have told the entire stadium that Leeds still posed a threat if City weren't careful. City were not careful and Leeds did it again, hitting them on the break but taking the second chance and winning the game.
