Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips on England bench as midfield changes for Belgium clash

Phillips played the full 90 minutes of Thursday evening's 3-0 victory at home to Wales in an international friendly at Wembley with the the 24-year-old lining up to next to Harry Winks as part of a system with two holding midfielders.
But Phllips now drops to the bench with Winks missing altogether as Liverpool captain Henderson and West Ham midfielder Rice come into the side in addition to Tottenham Hotspur's Eric Dier.

Hide AdAston Villa's Jack Grealish, who excelled on his full England debut against Wales, also drops to the bench as Mason Mount starts while Manchester United's Harry Maguire returns at centre-back with Conor Coady dropping back to the bench.
Harry Kane has been suffering from muscle fatigue meaning that Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin starts upfront but Kane still makes the bench.
Calvert-Lewin and Kieran Trippier are the only players who started against Wales to have kept their place in the side with Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate making nine changes to his side.
'Keeper Jordan Pickford, Trent Alexander Arnold, Kyle Walker and Marcus Rashford also come into the team with Jadon Sancho having to settle for a place on the bench.
