‘Gutted’, 'Massive blow' - Leeds United fans react to Everton injury update from Carlo Ancelotti
The England number one picked up an injury in Saturday’s defeat to Newcastle United, and Toffees boss Carlo Ancelotti confirmed that he will not be available for tomorrow’s game at Elland Road.
The 26-year-old has come in for criticism at various points this season, and was widely blamed for the goal that saw Leicester City pick up a point against his side last week.

Some fans took a much more optimistic view of the update, however, citing Pickford’s impressive display in Leeds’ 1-0 win over Everton back in November:

@rgnhnds tweeted: “That's good news, everyone saying he would help us. Don't forget, he'll have the game of his life against Leeds like they all do...”
