YEP Says: Making Leeds a world-class city
leeds has no shortage of attractions these days. From sports to arts, eateries to shopping, it is as attractive to outsiders as it is to locals.
But the city is not always an easy place to navigate, so the addition of a team of ambassadors to provide a ‘meet and greet’ service and offering tourist information advice is welcome.
They will also provide welcome eyes and ears to monitor anti-social behaviour and report to police and local authorities where necessary.
The Business Improvement District calls it a new front-of-house service. It is yet another step in making Leeds truly a world-class city.
