Video - Little Georgie Gibbs meets Gazza after he agreed to help them raise £60,000 for operation
The toddler suffers from spastic diplegic cerebral palsy and needs a selective dorsal rhizotomy to help her walk unaided.
Her family are trying to raise money to send Georgie to America for the operation.
On Monday (30/11) they were invited to meet Gazza before he appeared at Wolverhampton’s Civic Hall.
