Full list of Leeds heroes recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours List 2020
Heroes of the coronavirus crisis dominate the Queen's Birthday Honours this year.
The list was postponed from June in order to include people, such as medical workers and fundraisers, who have been instrumental in the nation's crisis effort.

Hide AdIt celebrates the selfless good deeds of big names as well as ordinary people during the pandemic, which saw delivery drivers drop off food and medicine to vulnerable people and health and care workers put themselves at risk to help their communities and beyond.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson said: "This year's honours recipients are a testament to the sort of country we are - caring, compassionate and resolute in the face of a global pandemic. The hard work and dedication of these local, often unsung heroes has helped carry us through. I congratulate them all."
Here is the list of people who live and/or work in Leeds who have been recognised in the Queen's birthday honours 2020:
Damehood
Linda Pollard, CBE DL, is the chairwoman at Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust.

Robert Webster is the chief executive of the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Johnathan Bates, is the Analytical Team Leader for the Department of Health and Social Care.
He has been awarded an OBE for public service.
