Leeds man dumped play pen on country lane
Following an investigation by Leeds City Council environmental enforcement officers, Christopher Brennan, of Eastwood Drive, Swarcliffe, was found to be responsible for a large amount of fly tipped waste on a narrow lane in Shadwell.
The items that were left, which were blocking access along the road, included bin bags, plastic tubs, a pushchair and play pen, and sofa or chair cushions.

Hide AdBrennan was fined £692, handed a £69 victim surcharge and ordered to pay £975 costs for illegally depositing waste for profit and carrying waste illegally after pleading guilty at Leeds Magistrates’ Court.
