Just days left to get discount for Abbey Dash in Leeds
Participants have just until Wednesday to secure a place in the Yorkshire Evening Post-backed 10k event for £20. After that registration is £24.
The dash will see 12,000 runners take to the streets of Leeds on November 6 and put their best foot forward for the fundraiser to support vulnerable older people.

Hide AdCelebrating its 31st year, the Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash is popular with fun runners, celebrities and elite athletes alike and has been hailed one of the best races in the country by Men’s Running magazine.
Participants who sign up will be raising funds to help Age UK make a crucial difference to the lives of older people.
Research from the charity shows that one in four people aged 65 and over feel they have no one to go to for help and support.
Age UK wants to combat this by providing companionship, advice and support to people facing later life alone, and Leeds Abbey Dash runners can help.
