Police issue serious half term warning after catching speeding drivers in Headingley patrols
At the request of local residents, north west Leeds officers attended West Park Drive on Wednesday with their speed gun.
Within one hour, four vehicles were stopped after being seen to be travelling between 26 and 30mph in a 20mph zone.

Hide AdThe officers then went to Ash Road and Headingley Mount where one vehicle was stopped for driving at 31mph - also in a 20mph zone.
Police have warned that because it is half term, more children will be out and that drivers speeding could have 'devastating consequences'.
They pleaded with the public to stick to the road limits which are 'set with safety in mind'.
Officers issued the warning on social media in a post that said: "As requested by local residents, officers have today attended West Park Drive to deploy the speed gun.
