Police appeal for witnesses after 16-year-old girl suffers injuries after being hit by car in Leeds

At 3.13pm on Tuesday (December 3) police were called to a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian at the junction in Barwick Road near to the roundabout junction with York Road.
A 16-year-old girl had been involved in a collision with a white Mini Cooper, police said.

Hide AdShe was taken to Leeds General Infirmary and found to have a leg fracture and a laceration to the head.
Her injuries were not considered life threatening.
The driver stopped at the scene and has been spoken to by officers.
The road reopened at 4.10pm.
