These are the most important things to consider when searching for new home - survey says
More than a third (38 per cent) of homeowners regret not moving into a bigger property than they currently live in and a quarter (25 per cent) wish at least one of their rooms was larger, the survey discovered.
A bigger kitchen was the most popular aspect of the home people said they would prioritise next time they moved, with en-suite bathrooms and larger bedrooms coming second and third on the list respectively.
