1. Cinderellas Rockerfellas
Before 1973 two dance spots existed as separate venues both owned by club entrepreneur Peter Stringfellow. By 1975 the combined super-club at Merrion Way was arguably the citys most famous nightspot.
2. Heaven and Hell
Were you a regular on the dancefloor at this club on Merrion Street back in the day? Closed in the summer of 2006?
3. Mr Craigs
Located on New Briggate, it was an attempt to bring some London sophistication to the city circa 1992.
4. Majestyk
It was the cheesy, colourful nightclub night we all loved to hate. It closed for the final time in 2006.
5. Casa Loco
This was the nightspot you visited after the nightclub playing hard house music until it was shut down in 2004.
6. Bondi Beach
Big plastic sharks on the wall, bar staff in bikinis, and of course a rotating dance floor that claimed the balance of many a drunken beach-goer back in the day.
