The owners of Revo were reminded of the new restrictions.
However, days later, West Yorkshire Police officers spotted a member of the public being served through a window hatch.
A prohibition notice was served to the owner on Monday, April 6.
This order bans direct sales from the shop.
If the business continues to serve members of the public at the shop they will be prosecuted in court.
The penalty is an unlimited fine.
