Sheffield had an infection rate of 445.6 (2,606 new cases) in the seven days to October 12, up from 421.8 (2,467) the previous week

Leeds had an infection rate of 395.8 (3,139 new cases) in the seven days to October 12, down from 400.7 (3,178) the previous week
3. Bradford
Bradford had an infection rate of 347.7 (1,877 new cases) in the seven days to October 12, up from 293.5 (1,584) the previous week
4. Barnsley
Barnsley had an infection rate of 322.4 (796 cases) in the seven days to October 12, up from 165.3 (408 cases) the previous week
5. Rotherham
Rotherham had an infection rate of 295.0 (783 cases) in the seven days to October 12, up from 221.9 (589 cases) the previous week

York had an infection rate of 276.3 (582 new cases) in the seven days to October 12, up from 206.5 (435) the previous week
