Leeds.  7th October 1983''Women with plenty to smile about are members of the Leeds-based White Rosettes Ladies' Barbershop Chorus, who won a first-prize at Exeter in the championship organised by the Ladies Association of Babershop Singers.''The chorus, which meets on Wednesdays at Ireland Wood (Leeds) Social Club, is made up of singers aged from 17 to 70, and was formed six years ago b y wives of the White Rose Men's Babershop Chorus.''Our picture shows the chorus with musical director Mr. Clive Landley and the championship rose bowl.
