Health: US fitness guru set to come to Leeds

US Fitness Expert Jessie Pavelka is coming to the UK... and bringing his health revolution with him.

The Star of the Biggest Loser USA and Fat: The Fight of My Life is coming to the UK for 4 dates to hold boot camp and seminar sessions at Village Resorts in Leeds, Newcastle, Watford and Manchester.

Pavelka Health Revolution aims to support and guide people who are looking to lose weight, improve their fitness or live a healthier lifestyle.

Jessie says “There’s nothing better than bringing a bunch of people together in the name of health and fitness.

“It’s the bit I enjoy the most about what I do. I want these bootcamps to cover my four elements of health, which are movement, food, mind power and family.

“We will be getting active, refuelling our bodies with healthy snacks after exercise, learning the importance of feeding the mind and of course, being together is a great boost for all of us.”

Jessie will be touring from June 29 and offering a boot camp session followed by a seminar to provide motivation and personal question and answer sessions.

So far in the UK, Pavelka Health Revolution has worked with a number of men and women to achieve incredible results.

It seems that Jesse is becoming accustomed to the UK, now also appearing regularly on Good Morning Britain.

Jessie said “It’s exciting to be coming over to the UK and working with Village Hotels to make this happen and I’m looking forward to flying over to my home from home.”

In the UK he has hosted sensitive and inspirational weight loss shows Obese: A Year to Save My Life and Fat: The Fight of My Life for Sky TV.

His warm-up routine includes some simple techniques which can be mastered by almost anyone - things like hip rotations, circling the arms backwards and forwards, moving the head from side to side and jogging on the spot. Other elements of the technique involve cutting our sugar, improving your diet in general and increasing the level of fitness through family activities.

His diet tips again include relatively simple things like eating vegetables (blending them into smoothies if you don’t like the taste), not eating large meals after 8pm, not being afraid to try new healthy foods and keeping hydrated.
