Have your say

A night in a landmark Leeds hotel is up for grabs if your destination is love this Valentine’s day.

For the first time Yorkshire Evening Post readers are this February 14 being offered the chance to have a special message displayed at Leeds Station.

Now the Queens Hotel, on City Square, is giving a room for the most romantic message sent to be on the station’s destination boards.

It could be anything from telling your loved-one how much they mean to you to actually popping the question.

But time is running out - the deadline for messages is the end of today (Feb 12) so they can be passed onto Network Rail who are offering this special opportunity.

It is believed to be the first time a train station has ever displayed messages like this before.

Ross Moran, stations operation manager, said there would also be gifts from retailers for the most romantic message.

He said: “The entire station community are making this a day to remember for Leeds.”

Simply send your special message to the YEP with your contact details and some background information.

Contact hannah.start@jpress.co.uk and we’ll pass it onto Network Rail.

Are you just married or engaged or have you celebrated a key wedding anniversary?

We want to feature pictures of your special occasion and share your news in our new Let’s Celebrate page in Saturday’s Valentine’s Day YEP.

If you also get engaged this weekend then make sure you share your news and pictures too – we are planning a Valentine engagement special on the Let’s Celebrate page on February 21.

Simply email pictures to yep.newsdesk@ypn.co.uk or Tweet @LeedsNews with your pictures.
