Sourced Market is inspired by farmers markets where local artisan producers, food products and fresh produce can be found under one-roof. There will be produce from across Yorkshire and selected areas further afield.

With access to eat and drink on an outside terrace, it will serve an all-day menu from breakfast to 'grab and go' sandwiches and artisan coffee.

Customers can buy sausage rolls, vegan rolls and quiches made by The Original Baker, artisan bread supplied by Bakeri Baltzersen, Free Range Yorkshire chicken from Farmison & Co., jams and preserves from Raydale, yoghurts from Longley Farm, milk from Acorn Dairies, Lottie Shaw’s cakes, Choc Affair hot chocolate, tea from Taylors of Harrogate as well as gift cards from Leeds artist Janie Wilson.

Craft beers from Kirkstall Brewery and Leeds Brewery, Yorkshire spirits in Sing’s Gin and Mason’s will be in the drinks section and licensed bar.

Gift hampers are available and customers can create their own - a perfect present for special occasions or those visiting family and friends.
