Produced over a year, we witness his brutal training camps in Africa and the USA, follow him as he competes in races around the world, and intimately see how the double Olympic and five-time world champion balances his work and family life, bringing up his four young children with wife Tania.

As well as showing the determination, dedication and sacrifice that goes into Farah’s athletic programme, this candid documentary also shows the events that have shaped Farah into the man he is today. He reunites with his twin brother, who he was separated from for 12 years, revisits his childhood home of Djibouti, the country he left as an eight year-old.
