Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash 2019 - All you need to know

What is the event?

The Age UK Leeds Abbey Dash is one of the fastest 10k road races around.

Every step you take 'will help Age UK be there for older people who have no one else', the charity said.

When is the event?

October 27th, 2019

Where is the event?

The event will take place in Leeds City Centre.

Where will the event start?

The Dash will start on The Headrow at 09:30. Baggage collection, toilets and the warm up can be found in Millennium Square.

This area is for competitors only prior to the race.

Please note, you do not need to register on the day of the event.

What is new for the 2019 event?

A prime starting location on the Headrow and removing the Cardigan Fields loop - meaning a faster course.

An exclusive 2019 medal and technical T-shirt will be given to all finishers.

This year's race also takes place earlier in the season, on Sunday 27 October, the day after the clocks go back.
