Leeds designers to re-brand West Yorkshire Playhouse

WEST YORKSHIRE Playhouse is working with a city consultancy to come up with new branding.

Design consultancy Chilli, which has worked with Lakeland and Wedgewood, has been tasked with coming up with a new logo for WYP, which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Managing director David Whittle said: “We’re delighted to be working alongside West Yorkshire Playhouse, this is a big year for the brand and we look forward to helping the company build on its vision for the future.”

WYP’s Nick Hallam said the new logo would represent that it is “more than just a stage”, with arts development and education projects.

Aslan being brought to life in The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe.
