Chart stars Public Service Broadcasting have announced an autumn gig at the University of Leeds.
The band, whose second album The Race For Space soared to Number 11 in the UK charts shortly after they supported Kaiser Chiefs at the First Direct Arena in Leeds earlier this year, will play at the University Refectory on November 18.
The show is part of a two-week tour that is due to follow gigs at Hyde Park in London and festivals such as Glastonbury, Latitude, Kendal Calling and Green Man in Wales.
The Race For Space spent five weeks in the top 40 and 14 weeks in the top 100, selling over 40,000 records worldwide since its release at the end of February and is in the running to be the indie hit of the year so far.
Tickets for the Leeds show go on general sale at 10am Friday June 19 via the band’s website – http://publicservicebroadcasting.net
