Now he is about to kick an afternoon full of jokes into the back of the net at The View Marquee at The 6 Acres.

The former Hull City and Wigan Athletic player will appear there on Sunday, December 2, at 1pm.

Jimmy's been known by many for being a prankster throughout his footballing career, from laughing in the face of Duncan Ferguson to imitating Phil Brown.

Bullard - whose other teams included Ipswich Town, Peterborough United, Fulham and West Ham and Milton Keynes Dons - was known for being a passionate leader on the pitch and for his funny antics, playing football with a smile throughout his career.

Ex Wigan manager Paul Jewell described Bullard as the heart and soul of the dressing room.

Bullard was most recently manager at Leatherhead 2016-2017.

He is now a regular on TV appearing on shows from I'm A Celebrity to hosting Sky TV's Soccer AM.
