Twelve of the strongest men on the planet will face off with three golden tickets on the line for a place at the World's Strongest Man finals.

And fans can watch all the blood-pumping qualifying action live at Manchester Arena on Saturday, September 7.

BUY TICKETS: Tickets are from £23 to VIP met and greets at £272 - see www.manchester-arena.com, www.ticketmaster.co.uk and giants-live.com.

Big names set to take part - though due to the nature of the event, the line-up of stars is subject to change - includes 6ft 5inch Polish giant and last year's Manchester event winner Mateusz Kieliszkowski, Russia's strongest man Mikhail Shivlyakov and North American champion Evan Singleton.

Scotland's strongest men and brothers, Tom and Luke Stoltman, have also been confirmed.

But the biggest cheer will likely go to local strongman veteran Mark Felix - known affectionately by fans as The Miracle, who at 53-years-old continues to set strength world records and compete alongside men more than half his age.

He has won numerous international grip contests, including the Rolling Thunder World Championships in 2008 and 2009, as well as the Vice Grip Viking Challenge in 2011 and 2012.

Also billed are Oleksii Novikov, Robert Oberst, Adam Bishop. Kevin Faires, Ben Brunning and Nick Best.

They will compete in five events to prove themselves worthy of a place at World's Strongest Man.

Colin Bryce, of event promoters Giants Live, said: "This is the last show of the 2019 Tour, so you can bet the Giants will see the Tour out in true strongman style - the spectacle, the electric atmosphere, the edge-of-seat intensity - it all reaches its peak at the Tour Finale!

"But this is more than just jaw-dropping feats of strength and fiercely fought competition - this is live strength sport and entertainment at its absolute biggest and best!

You've seen it on TV, and the show will be filmed for Channel 5 as part of the World's Strongest Man Series, but a strongman show of this scale is best witnessed live, raw and up-close to the all roaring, shirt-ripping, world-breaking action!'

Darren Sadler, also of Giants Live, added: "This is a contest that sees some of the strongest men in the world do battle in one night - it's been dubbed the 'World's Stongest Man-in-a-day' contest - an unprecedented chance to see the Giants of Strength compete in a fast paced, five-event show.

"What a way to end the 2019 Tour. Three golden tickets to World’s Strongest Man are on the line and this is the last chance saloon for the world’s BIGGEST Giants; their final chance to do battle and prove themselves worthy."
