Cheesy tunes hotspot Popworld is opening a second club in Leeds this month

Cheesy pop fans in Leeds can look forward to double helpings from this month on, as Popworld prepares to open a second club.

Popworld already has a venue open on Cookridge Street in Leeds.

The club is famous for its party atmosphere, cheesy tunes, cocktails and bright colours.

As the club puts it: "Popworld is the place to be, wherever your night might end up. We have gained legendary status across the UK because we cannot be beaten on our party atmosphere!

"We are a late night bar with simple, but important, values, that guarantee an unforgettable night. We believe in promoting as much fun, laughter as possible alongside dishing out the best pop tunes in town."

Popworld is set to open its second Leeds venue in Lower Briggate on Friday, November 23.
