Dr Peter Mills of Leeds Beckett University explores Roundhay Park’s part in live music through personal recollections, photos and objects including gig tickets and programmes. Here you have the chance to join Clare Brown, curator of natural sciences and explore the wildlife that takes advantage of abbey walls and their surroundings. This online exhibition shows how clothes shops have changed and looks back at some of the city’s biggest retail hotspots. It also highlights how people have sought alternative ways to consume fashion. As we face a global climate crisis, some are looking to the past for inspiration on ways to make fashion and shopping for clothes more sustainable.
