Love in Yorkshire: MTV 'set to launch reality dating show this summer' starring 'legendary' Northern singletons
According to The Sun, MTV has Yorkshire in its sights for new reality television series Love in Yorkshire.
It will reportedly show glamorous party-lovers in the county trying to find romance, spilling 'all the drama and chips and gravy needed' to get them through dating.

Hide AdThe show - Yorkshire's answer to The Only Way Is Essex Or London's Made In Chelsea - will apparently focus on Yorkshire because of the county's legendary love of banter.
The show is scheduled to start filming in the summer.
The new series will add to a long line of Yorkshire TV.
Gogglebox stars Pete and Sophie are related to Yorkshire TV royalty as the great-niece and great-nephew of none other than Rotherham's own Chuckle Brothers, Barry and Paul.
And, Netflix's raunchy regency drama Bridgerton, which is its biggest hit ever, features scenes filmed at Yorkshire's Castle Howard.

Hide AdChannel 5's All Creatures Great and Small was also filmed in locations in the Yorkshire Dales, including in Grassington, and the successful Channel 5 remake of James Herriot's All Creatures will be filming for a second series this year.
