The Bingley Music Festival will take place over the weekend of September 1 and 3 and Leeds band, KaiserChiefs, are one of the headline acts.

Originally from Menston, they will rock the Saturday night stage with Welsh rock legends, the Manic Street Preachers topping Friday night's bill.

Sunday will see Krumm perform. The band formed at the Leeds College of Music and are tipped to be future festival headliners.

Other acts lined up include former Libertines frontman Pete Docherty, Badly Drawn Boy and The Wombats.

The festival is also good news for West Yorkshire Indian restaurant, Zouk, which is a regular at food fairs and festivals across the area and is also celebrating its 11th anniversary this year.

It has been chosen to cover catering the entire event including 17 different food stalls.

The brand will draw in its own culture to celebrate food from the regions of India and Pakistan but has also cooked up a special menu which will feature Indian and Caribbean street food, Turkish and Chinese cuisine, wood fired pizza, Mexican food, fish and chips and more to appeal to all festival goers.
