Leeds United: Fit-again trio back for Rhinos

LEEDS RHINOS could have three players back from injury tonight when they attempt to get their season on track against visitors Hull KR.

Danny McGuire, who has not featured since the opening game of the season, is set to return from knee and calf injuries.

Carl Ablett, who missed Monday’s home defeat by Wakefield Trinity Wildcats to rest a damaged ankle, is also named in the initial 19, along with Brett Delaney (hamstring), though he remains a doubt. Keith Galloway, who was dropped four days ago, is in line for a recall. Brad Singleton has been left out for the third time in four games.

Brett Ferres (knee) remains on the casualty list, along with Ryan Hall (ankle), Stevie Ward (knee) and Ashton Golding (ankle).

Jordan Lilley drops out and Tom Briscoe (shoulder) is expected to miss the game. Ex-Rhinos pair Chris Clarkson and Shaun Lunt could both return for Rovers after injury.

Also back in contention are Terry Campese and James Green. Youngsters Joe Cator and Will Oakes drop out and injured duo John Boudebza and Ryan Shaw will also miss the trip to Headingley.
