Rhinos ended a five-game losing run by drawing 20-20 with visitors Wakefield Trinity.

Ash Handley, Ryan Hall and Richie Myler crossed and Liam Sutcliffe booted four goals.

Rhinos stunned Wigan Warriors 39-28 in a Challenge Cup semi-final at Huddersfield eight years ago tomorrow.

In front of a 12,860 crowd, Ryan Hall, Ben Jones-Bishop and Zak Hardaker all scored two tries, Ryan Bailey got the other and Kevin Sinfield booted five goals and a drop.

Tonie Carroll scored a brace of tries for the third successive game, but could not save Rhinos from a 46-24 defeat at St Helens.

Andy Hay and Francis Cummins also crossed and Kevin Sinfield kicked four goals, watched by a crowd of 8,913.

Leeds’ miserable season continued with a 34-31 loss to Sheffield Eagles at Bramall Lane on July 14, despite Sateki Tuipulotu’s only try for the club.

Marvin Golden touched down twice, David Hulme, Gary Mercer and were the other scorers and Graham Holroyd kicked five goals and a drop in front of a crowd of 4,265.
