STANNINGLEY TURNED on the power to thrash Stanley Rangers 64-12 in National Conference Division Three.
Dean Parker and Will Hickson both crossed twice and other try scorers were Danny Barcoe, Jack Vincent, Ben Selby, Jack Smith, Sean Cooper, Lawrence Bell, Jack Brier and Adam Benn. Niall Murphy kicked eight goals.
Hunslet Club Parkside are top of Division Two after a 28-22 win at York Acorn. Danny Rowse and Jamie Fields both scored a try and two goals and Dale Harris, Craig Miles and Ryan Gaunt also crossed.
Milford Marlins suffered their first defeat, going down 30-18 at home to Underbank Rangers after leading 8-6 at the break. Andy Barker, Josh Nathaniel and James Barker were Milford’s try scorers and Zak Snellgrove kicked three goals.
Dave Norton scored a hat-trick in Hunslet Warriors’ 38-10 victory against Ince Rose Bridge. Darrell Forster bagged a brace and four goals, other try scorers were Luke Rayner and Ellis Peach, and Gary McClelland added two-pointer.
Young winger Jason Walton’s hat-trick for East Leeds was in vain as they were beaten 40-20 at Crosfields. Rhys Kilbride also touched down and Tom Sheldrake kicked two goals.
Oulton Raiders overpowered Askam 40-12 through tries by Dom Flanagan (2), James Cruickshank, Andy Williamson, Danny Mackintosh, Kieran Hainsworth and Adrian Holdsworth and six goals from Kieran Walpole.
Thornhill Trojans crushed Salford City Roosters 54-10, with Joss Ratcliffe, James Craven, Jack Gledhill and Will Gledhill all crossing twice.
Tom Gledhill and Andrew Lambert added tries and George Woodcock kicked seven goals.
