Castleford Tigers prop Mitch Clark has returned to Featherstone Rovers for a second loan spell.
Clark, 25, has yet to make his Tigers debut after joining them from Hull KR in the closed season.
He moved to Rovers in January and scored two tries in seven appearances before being recalled by Tigers over Easter.
The clubs say the new deal will see him remain at Featherstone for the “foreseeable future”, but he can be recalled at 24 hours’ notice after the first month.
Clark said: “I really enjoyed my initial spell with Featherstone and I am looking forward to kicking on and showing what I can do as a Rovers player.
“The added game-time will be good for me and I’ll still be training with the boys at Castleford.
“My ultimate goal is to pull on the Tigers jersey soon and get the chance to play for this great club.”
Rovers coach John Duffy said: “We are delighted to have Mitch back on board with us. Although our squad is packed full of high-quality players, we have certainly missed his attitude and passion over the Easter period.”
