Dominic Brambani and James Brown each scored two tries for the Bulldogs while Luke Blake, Wayne Reittie and Greg Minikin also went over for the hosts. It was a fifth straight defeat for second-bottom Oldham, who crossed through Kenny Hughes, Sam Wood and Gary Middlehurst.

Gareth Moore and Matt Sarsfield both scored hat-tricks as Halifax moved up to fifth with a 60-22 rout of Sheffield Eagles. Adam Tangata, Will Sharp, Miles Greenwood and Jacob Fairbank went over for Halifax’s other tries while Steve Tyrer kicked 10 goals. Ben Blackmore scored a brace either side of tries from Matt James and Ryan Millar for the well-beaten Eagles.

London Broncos moved back to within three points of leaders Leigh Centurions with a 50-28 home win over rock-bottom Workington Town.

Elliot Kear scored two of London’s nine tries, with the rest coming from Scott Leatherbarrow, Apirana Pewhairangi, Alex Foster, Andy Ackers, James Cunningham, Mark Offerdahl and Rhys Williams. Brett Carter, Jack Murphy, Matty Gee, Jarrod Sammut and Oliver Gordon were Workington’s tryscorers.
