LEEDS RHINOS have no immediate plans to send any more players out on loan, chief executive Gary Hetherington says.

Rhinos have three players – Alex Foster, Thomas Minns and James Duckworth – on season-long deals at London Broncos, with Jimmy Keinhorst and Luke Briscoe on loan at Wakefield Trinity Wildcats.

Six-time Grand Final winner Ryan Bailey has been linked with loan moves to both Castleford Tigers and Bradford Bulls after being out of the Leeds side at times this year and playing one game on dual-registration at Hunslet Hawks.

Hetherington admitted “other clubs” have asked about Bailey’s availability, but insisted: “We are running on pretty small numbers. We’ve only used dual-registration once this season, because all our squad are playing.

“We don’t have any flexibility there as most players are playing pretty regularly. There’s been nobody sat on the sidelines for a few weeks unable to play. If everybody was 100 per cent fit and we had a situation where one or two players were not getting in the side we would look at them possibly going out on loan.”

Stand-off/back-row Liam Sutcliffe had a spell on loan at Bradford earlier in the campaign.
