Impressive performances from 17 year olds Josh Cawood, Jordan Byers and Nathan Benson were the only positives for Warriors.

Luke Day, Gary McClelland and Ricky Flint scored Warriors’ tries, two of them converted by Jordan Gale.

Shaw Cross’ try scorers were Will Gledhill, Tom Rodgers, Gilmour and Jack Gledhill. Ryan Chalkley kicked three goals.

Nathan Conroy scored two tries and three goals for East Leeds in a 50-30 defeat at Featherstone Lions. Kai Simpson crossed twice and Shaun Ward and Ryan Gaunt got the others.

Josh Hardcastle scored a hat-trick for Lions. Other try scorers were Jamie Kitchen (2), Anthony Yates (2), Danny Glassell and Liam Kay. Ian Jackson (4) and Jamie Rooney (3) kicked the goals.

Matty Bullough and Adam Lynn touched down and Kieran Walpole kicked two conversions in Oulton Raiders’ 48-12 defeat at Ince Rose Bridge.

Milford Marlins slumped 20-12 at home to Underbank Rangers. Ryan Oxtoby and Dave Warren scored Milford’s tries, both converted by Martin Loveridge.
