Captain Oliver Field was man of the match for Bulldogs, who beat Siddal 16-10 to lift the under-14s Yorkshire Cup.

Moor trailed Skirlaugh Bulls 18-8 with four minutes remaining in the under-15s decider, but Connor Charlesworth’s second try cut the gap and then man of the match Bradley Graham crossed for the second time on the final play, converted to level the scores and landed a drop goal in extra-time to seal a 19-18 triumph.

In the under-16s final, East Leeds were overpowered 36-4 by Siddal, Iain Oakley interrupted the procession of points, scoring their lone try.

Meanwhile, Fryston Warriors extended their 100 per cent record in the Pennine League Championship Division to seven matches with a 38-8 win at Queens.

Dale Cogan scored a hat-trick of tries, Andy Speake bagged a brace and kicked five goals and Steve Scott and Ryan Meah also crossed for Fryston.

Queens’ try scorers were Aden Bardsley and Max Goodbourne.
