Leeds Triathlon postponed due to coronavirus outbreak
The Leeds round of the World Triathlon Series, due to take place on June 6 and 7, has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Organisers of the event have stated the decision was taken for the “welfare and well-being of everyone involved” and are hoping to be able to reschedule.
World series races in Abu Dhabi and Bermuda have already been called off, with all triathlon activities postponed until the end of April, although the race in Yokohama scheduled for May 16-17 is currently still on the calendar.
