Key Battle - Harrison Reed v Tom Pearce

Leeds got some joy down the left-hand side against Barnsley, with Pearce drawing first blood and Kemar Roofe working the space and the chance for their decisive goal in the second half. Paul Heckingbottom’s team will want to put pressure on in a similar way tomorrow, against a tidy Norwich right-back in Harrison Reed.

Key Man - James Maddison

They are starting to talk about big transfers and big money for Maddison after an excellent season for a very mediocre side. The 21-year-old midfielder, who plays wide on the right in Norwich’s current system, has been one of the few pluses in a mid-table campaign, scoring 14 league goals and setting up eight others. Don’t be surprised if he is off to the Premier League before next season.

Goals: Norwich - Brady 24, Lafferty 88. Leeds - Jansson 57, Wood 74, Vieira 90.

Phil Hay’s Verdict:

No club in the Championship have floated like Norwich this season. At no stage have they seriously knocked on the door of the top six and at no stage have they looked like getting sucked into the bottom three either. Their inconsistency is quite something but they have turned up some decent results along the way, including a 3-1 defeat of Aston Villa at Carrow Road three weeks ago. With so little riding on tomorrow’s game, a draw seems likely.
