Produced by Chapter 81, from editor and producer Simon Fogal, the promotion video shows views of the ground and city as Ineson delivers a poem by Matt Abbott.

It starts with lines recalling how promotion dreams were booted to the touchline when the virus brought a halt to the season.

But it ends:

"Today we welcome them back with a taste of our favourite flavor…

"Victory and promotion for Leeds United, is finally ours to savour!"

Leeds born Ineson, aged 50, is best known for his roles in The Office, Game of Thrones and Harry Potter films, as well as his unmistaken deep, rumbling Yorkshire accent - the voice of documentaries, video games and TV ads from Dacia cars, Gaviscon and Wickes to Sky Sports football.

He is a huge LUFC fan and celebrated the his team's return to top flight football with a few drinks at home as he told his @ralphineson Twitter followers: "Didn’t think I’d be sat in my kitchen when it finally happened after 16 years, but here’s a nice Argentinian Malbec to say thank you to the great man #LUFC #Bielsa.

In other tweets he said: "Just sat here grinning like an idiot, imagining how the rest of the league will react when they meet us again.

"Wife’s gone to bed, left ‘Love Actually’ on TV and after Leeds getting promoted and imbibing inhuman amounts of malbec I’m feeling sentimental enough to enjoy it, Pablo/Marcelo what have you done to me? #lufc."
