Watford remain without Nathan Ake through suspension for the trip to Southampton.

On-loan Chelsea full-back Ake completes a three-match ban following his red card against Tottenham last month.

Tommie Hoban (groin) and Joel Ekstrand (knee) are still sidelined but boss Quique Sanchez Flores has no new injury worries following the 1-0 FA Cup win over Newcastle and will recall Odion Ighalo in attack alongside skipper Troy Deeney.

Provisional squad: Gomes, Arlauskis, Nyom, Cathcart, Britos, Prodl, Anya, Capoue, Jurado, Watson, Behrami, Deeney, Ighalo, Guedioura, Abdi, Paredes, Diamanti, Oulare, Holebas.

Ronald Koeman will make a late decision on whether Maarten Stekelenburg or Fraser Forster will start in goal for Southampton as they face Watford in the Premier League on Wednesday.

Stekelenburg finished their FA Cup game with Crystal Palace with a tight hamstring but the Saints boss is delighted that Forster has made a full recovery from a long-term knee injury.

Graziano Pelle is also expected to return to the squad after being out at the weekend due to a knee injury but Jay Rodriguez (ankle) and Florin Gardos (knee) are unavailable.

Provisional squad: Stekelenburg, Forster, Gazzaniga, K Davis, Martina, Van Dijk, Fonte, Yoshida, Targett, Clasie, Ward-Prowse, Romeu, S Davis, Tadic, Ramirez, Mane, Long, Pelle, Juanmi.
