Premier League odds 20/21: winner and relegation odds for Leeds United, Manchester City and more

The Premier League kick off is just weeks away with Liverpool set to defend their first ever Premier League title.

With both Manchester City and Chelsea sealing major deals early in the transfer window and Man United supposedly set to spend big yet again it will be no easy feat sealing a second top-tier title in two years.

Newly promoted Leeds United, West Brom and Fulham will have those who narrowly avoided relegation this season looking over their shoulders with Marcelo Bielsa’s side impressing in particular in the Championship.

Indeed the majority of bookmakers have landed the awakened giant odds expected of a mid-table or top-half team – here’s who punters are putting their faith in for the 2020/21 season.

Premier League winner oddsManchester City are early favourites, priced as low as 10/11 (Betfair) with Betfred and Bet365 offering odds of Evens.

Liverpool are offered slightly higher odds with 6/4 (Boyle Sport) the lowest odds currently on offer for them to retain their Premier League title. Unibet and 888 Sport offer odds as long as 37/20.

Man United, who enjoyed a strong end following the restart, are offered an outside chance with the majority of bookies slapping them with 8/1. Betfred back them at just 7/1.

Chelsea who have recruited Haikim Ziyech and Timo Werner and have been strongly linked with Kai Havertz are rated at 11/1 by Genting Bet.

FA Cup winners Arsenal are rated as short as 33/1 (Betway) though most bookies back them at 50/1. North London rivals Tottenham’s shortest odds are 50/1 (Skybet)

Championship champions Leeds United are backed with odds of 150/1 by Unibet. Considerably shorter than fellow promoted sides West Brom who are both rated 1000/1 (BetVictor).

West Brom and Fulham are both favourites to go back down with many bookies ranking them at Evens to be relegated this season.

Aston Villa, who narrowly avoided the drop this season, are rated at 2/1, as are Crystal Palace who finished their season with a string of defeats.
