No technology needed for Marcelo Bielsa and Leeds United
Bielsa, who is known for his use of data analysis and encyclopedic knowledge of the opposition, was quizzed over the new rules introduced by the International Football Association Board (IFAB) earlier this year.
The law-making body approved the use of handheld devices in dugouts last March with the Football Association, Premier League and English Football League updating their rules to fit the new legislation.

Hide AdLeeds though don't rely upon any technology during games with Bielsa and his coaching staff opting to instead use their own judgement and interpretations to make alterations over the course of a match.
"I don’t use any technology," claimed Bielsa when quizzed over the new rules.
Asked about whether his coaching staff do, he responded: "No. We rely on our memory. But after 60 years, you lose your memory!
"That’s why it’s harder and harder for me every day."
United make the trip to West Bromwich Albion on Saturday evening (5:30pm) in the Championship with the game broadcast live on Sky Sports.
