Augustin was back-up to strikers Zlatan Ibrohimovic and Edison Cavani.

In 2017, he made the move to RB Leipzig after a lack of game time in a deal worth £11m as he put pen to paper on a five-year-deal with the German club.

He went on to make 42 league appearances for the Bundesliga outfit over two seasons as he bagged twelve times in the process.

Ligue 1 outfit Monaco landed his signature last summer on loan having fallen out of favour at Leipzig.

Head coach Robert Moreno, though, was limited in his opportunities for the attacker having handed him just two starts this term.

Augustin bagged just once for Monaco this season, with his goal coming in French Cup action.
