WITH Motherwell striker Lee Erwin poised to sign for Leeds United, here’s a look at some of his highlights.

Erwin - whose father was a player with Airdrie in the early eighties - is a former Scotland U19 international, who has also represented his country at under-18 and under-17 level.

He joined Motherwell Academy as a youngster and made his competitive debut while on loan at Arbroath, scoring twice on his bow early on in the 2013-14 season against Brechin.

Erwin scored eight goals in 11 appearances for the Gayfield Park side, only for a knee injury back at Motherwell to curtail his progress.

The striker was promoted to the first team ranks by ex-Well boss Stuart McCall last term and showed his potential at the end of the season when he struck five goals in nine matches.
