Frank's side continued their run of winning every game since returning from lockdown with Saturday's 3-0 victory at home to Wigan Athletic in which Said Benrahma bagged a hat-trick.

The triumph kept third-placed Brentford six points behind Championship front-runners Leeds United after the Whites' 3-1 success at Blackburn Rovers and the Bees are now only two points behind second-placed West Brom who host fourth-bottom Hull City on Sunday in a 3pm kick-off.

With just five games left, the Bees are now as short as 2-1 to seal automatic promotion but Frank said his only thought now was on Tuesday night's hosting of Charlton Athletic.

“I think, for me, the pressure is always about the next game," Frank told West London Sport.

"I need to make sure that my focus is extremely always on the next training next game.

"It’s not that I don’t have any dreams, of course I have that, but I need to stay focused.

“At the end of the season, we will see if we succeed and an unbelievable and magical season or we didn’t.

"Then we can reflect on the emotions and what it would mean.

“But now I can only focus on making sure that when the lads come in tomorrow they know what we need them to do to prepare for Charlton.”
