Sam Allardyce not expected to overcome Marcelo Bielsa's Leeds United in the short or long term with grim forecast for Baggies

LEEDS United are firm favourites to net a second win in three days in Tuesday evening's Premier League clash at West Brom whose Karlan Grant is rated the main Baggies danger man.

Marcelo Bielsa's 12th-placed Whites are no bigger than 11-10 to leave The Hawthorns with all three points and Leeds are odds on at 19-20 with Bet365.

Sam Allardyce's second-bottom Baggies can be backed at 27-10 with the draw on offer at 29-10.

Eight of the first 12 players in the first scorer market represent the visitors with Whites no 9 Patrick Bamford 27-5 favourite to score first and 8-5 any time.

Rodrigo is next at 7-1 to score first and the same price as West Brom's former England under-19s striker Grant.

Grant's team mates Charlie Austin (8-1) and Hal Robson-Kanu (42-5) are then next, despite Robson-Kanu expected to be missing with injury.

But West Brom's Callum Robinson (9s) is the only Baggies player of the next seven in the betting to score first with Tyler Roberts 17-2 and surprisingly shorter than Raphinha at 9s.

Pablo Hernandez is 41-5 with Helder Costa 21-2, Mateusz Klich 11s and Jack Harrison 23-2.

Thereafter, the other Baggies threats are seen as Matheus Pereira (12s), Grady Diangana (12s), Matt Phillips (13s), Kamil Grosicki (14s), Conor Gallagher (15s) and Kyle Edwards (16s).

But the bookies envisage a seventh win of the season for the Whites with a 2-1 triumph for United seen as the most likely method of a Leeds victory at 9-1.

A 1-1 draw is actually favourite in the correct score market at 38-5 with 1-0 to the Whites at 11s, 2-0 at 13s and only then a 2-1 victory for West Brom at 27-2.

Despite Allardyce's immediate impact at the club, the Baggies are still 2-5 second favourites to go down behind Sheffield United who are 1-8.

Leeds, meanwhile, can be backed at 28-1 for the dreaded drop with Fulham (4-5), Burnley (5-2), Newcastle United (7-2), Brighton (5-1) and Crystal Palace (6-1) all seen as more likely in addition to Sheffield United and West Brom.

After Leeds, West Ham United are next but as big as 50s with Arsenal 66s and Wolves 75s.
