The Bees made it four wins from four following the Championship restart on Saturday afternoon as they dispatched Wigan Athletic 3-0 at Griffin Park.

Thomas Frank's men have been relentless in their push for automatic promotion to the Premier League this term but still trail in the chase for the automatic places.

The Bees sit five points behind Albion and six points behind league leaders Leeds after all three picked up crucial wins in the latest round of fixtures.

With just five games of the campaign to go Benrahma - who bagged an impressive hat-trick against the Latics in the capital - says there can be no let up or settling for a play-off spot for Brentford.

“We are a united team, all together, we all play for each other,” he told the club website over the push for promotion.

“The more we play, the more pleasure we take. We are happy to all play for each other. We are all in the project and that is the way to carry on.

"There is no reason why we can't go and get something good for Brentford and for us players. It is something big.

"We have a goal; we have to go and get it. And take pleasure – that is the most important thing.”

He added: "There are five matches left. Why not go and play them all full on? Everyone plays for each other. We are good physically. We have to carry on."
