JAY-ROY GROT and Vurnon Anita have both been handed rare starts for Leeds United as head coach Paul Heckingbottom makes four changes to his side for Tuesday night's Championship clash at Preston North End.
Anita replaces the suspended Gaetano Berardi at left back while Samu Saiz, Gjanni Alioski and Pierre-Michel Lasogga all drop out.
Striker Grot makes his full league debut and comes into the side along with recalled striker Caleb Ekuban as Lasogga drops to the bench while Kemar Roofe replaces Gjanni Alioski who is also among the substitutes.
Young Irish defender Paudie O'Connor keeps his place to partner Pontus Jansson at centre-back while there is a place on the bench for young under-23s centre-back Hugo Diaz alongside fellow Academy prospect and midfielder Callum Nicell.
Preston boss Alex Neil has made three changes to his side with Tom Clarke, Paul Gallagher and Sean Maguire coming in for Darnell Fisher, Daniel Robinson and Louis Moult.
Johnson misses out through illness while Fisher is out with a knock.
