Leeds are closing in on ending a 16-year exile from the Premier League with Marcelo Bielsa's Championship leaders needing a maximum of four points from their final three games to guarantee automatic promotion.

If third-placed Brentford fail to beat Preston North End at Griffin Park in Tuesday evening's 5pm kick-off then Leeds could even be promoted by Thursday evening if winning their clash at home to Barnsley which is also a 5pm kick-off.
